Yogasana
Yogasana is a judged sport in which athletes perform yoga postures called asanas; judges mark how well each is done, weighted by how hard it is. In the traditional event each asana is marked out of 10 and multiplied by its base value. The artistic and rhythmic events are routines of ten asanas lasting 150 to 180 seconds, performed alone or in pairs, the artistic ones to music.
