- What are the basic rules of padel?Padel is played two against two on a 20 m by 10 m court enclosed by glass and mesh.
- What is golden point in padel?Points go 15, 30, 40 and game; three each is deuce.
- How does a padel tie-break work?A set goes to the first pair to six games with a two-game lead; at 6-6 a tie-break is played to 7 points, won by two.
Serving and play
- How do you serve in padel?The server stands with a foot behind the service line, bounces the ball and hits it at or below the waist, keeping a foot on the ground.
- Can the ball hit the wall in padel?After the ball bounces once on your side it may hit the walls and fence any number of times before you return it.
- How do you lose a point in padel?A pair loses the point if the ball bounces twice on their side, a player touches the net, posts or other side, or plays the ball before it crosses.
