- What is not allowed in freestyle wrestling?Wrestling bans anything meant to hurt and not to control: striking, choking, twisting joints, bending an arm past 90 degrees and holds on the head alone.
- What is fleeing in wrestling?Openly refusing contact to stop the opponent's hold is fleeing a hold, and leaving the wrestling area to escape is fleeing the mat.
- How many cautions before a wrestler loses?A caution is the penalty for fleeing, illegal holds, negative wrestling and brutality, and it always gives the opponent at least 1 point.
- What happens when a wrestler is injured or bleeding? The referee stops the bout for an injury and a doctor decides whether the wrestler can go on.
