Court and teams

  1. What can a Libero do in sitting volleyball?A team may name up to two Liberos, defensive players in a contrasting shirt; only one is on court at a time.
  2. How do positions work in sitting volleyball?Positions follow volleyball: front row 4, 3, 2 and back row 5, 6, 1.

Play

  1. Can players go under the net in sitting volleyball?Players may go under the net into the opponents' space, even touching their court, if they do not interfere.

Match management

  1. How many substitutions are allowed in sitting volleyball?Each team may take two 60-second time-outs a set.
