Para taekwondo at the Paralympic Games, Paris 2024: 1 silver

In December 2019 the World Anti-Doping Agency banned Russia from major international sport for four years after anti-doping data was found to have been manipulated; in 2020 the Court of Arbitration for Sport cut the ban to two years. Until it ended in December 2022, Russian athletes competed without the country's name, flag or anthem: as ROC (the Russian Olympic Committee) at the Tokyo and Beijing Games, RPC (the Russian Paralympic Committee) at the Paralympics, and under their federations' names at world championships, such as the Russian Wrestling Federation. Their results are Russia's, officially counted under those names.

After Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the International Olympic Committee recommended barring teams and officials from Russia and Belarus, which supported the invasion. Some federations later admitted cleared athletes from both countries one by one, as Individual Neutral Athletes (AIN) or under other neutral names, with no flag or anthem of their own and no place in the official medal tables. A result listed here under Russia is a Russian athlete's, officially counted as neutral. On 7 July 2026 the IOC provisionally lifted its suspension of the Russian Olympic Committee and recommended that federations drop the restrictions on Russian athletes; whether Russia's flag and anthem return was left for later.
