The game

  1. How do you play sepak takraw?Two sides of three players face each other across a net and send a woven ball over it without using their hands or arms.
  2. How is sepak takraw scored?A set is won by the first side to reach 15 points.

The service and the rally

  1. How does the serve work in sepak takraw?An inside player by the net throws the ball to the tekong, who stands with one foot in the service circle and kicks it over the net.
  2. How many times can a side touch the ball, and with what?A side may play the ball up to three times before it must cross the net, and one player may take more than one of those touches.
