A set of postures; the rule book names them but does not describe them.
Is flexibility judged?
Yes, as range of motion.
How does this differ from Chuvadukal?
Chuvadukal stresses footwork; Meyppayattu whole-body conditioning.
Is there a minimum time?
None is stated.
Why the rule exists
Meyppayattu conditions the body for every stance and movement, so it is judged on its own.
